Dina Maayan is a certified breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, and founder of the Breath of Life Institute. She’s guided hundreds through anxiety recovery, nervous system repair, and vitality restoration using evidence-based breathwork and embodied ritual.

Dina created the Breath of Life Method as a bridge between science and soul—so that breathwork becomes more than a tool... it becomes a way of living.

  • No. This training is open to all levels. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or already working in the healing arts, you'll be guided step-by-step through foundational techniques, science, and safe facilitation practices.

  • Yes. The course integrates trauma-informed principles throughout. You’ll learn how to recognize signs of dysregulation, create a safe space, and support clients (or yourself) with care, sensitivity, and clarity.

  • Absolutely. Upon completion, you'll receive a 30-hour certification and gain the confidence to lead 1:1 or group sessions, integrate breathwork into your existing career, or offer stand-alone sessions.

  • You're welcome here. Many participants come for personal growth and end up feeling empowered to share. This training supports both paths equally.

  • Yes. This is an experiential training. You’ll practice with your peers, receive mentorship, and build real experience so you leave ready to guide others with confidence.

  • After completing this course, you’ll have the option to enroll in a 30-hour advanced mentorship that includes:

    • 1:1 coaching with Dina

    • Shadowing + feedback on client sessions

    • Advanced techniques for emotional release, integration, and energy work

    • Business, structure, and ethical leadership support

  • The training takes place in-person in Austin, Texas. The exact location and logistics will be shared upon registration.

  • Due to the intimate nature of this training and limited space, all sales are final. However, tuition may be transferred to a future training or retreat under specific conditions.
